Designed for returning students and serious wine lovers, this class focuses on red wines and builds on your ability to assess quality with clarity and confidence.
In this course, you'll refine your palate by closely examining body, tannin, acidity, and alcohol—cornerstones of red wine structure. Through guided deductive tastings and varietal comparisons, we’ll connect what you sense in the glass to what happens in the vineyard and winery. By understanding how these elements are shaped and balanced, you’ll gain meaningful insight into what makes a wine truly exceptional.
